  I wasn’t sure where to post this, but since the R00M208 project was one of the initial inspirations for our podcast, I thought I would share our first attempt with you.

  The kids are addicted now and asked why this had to be monthly. Can’t we do one everyday? I may have to compromise and do a weekly one. Hope you enjoy!

  I was hoping to meet you at the ACTEM workshop but my registration was fouled up some how. My classes and I have advanced our podcasting from singles songs to more of a show. It is on my blog at http://msad54communityforums.org/communities/artroom/default.aspx

  Thanks for posting this Bob, it is great to hear about Leah’s successes with podcasting in second grade. I am interested to learn more about the mixer she mentioned- I haven’t used many external mics for podcasting but I’m thinking I need to take it to another level. Do you have info on another Bit by Bit about mixers and choosing mics?

  I use a USB preamp from M-Audio calle Mobilepre with a couple of cartiod mikes with some success. The unit is very small and runs off my laptop. It takes two XLR and stero mini inputs.
